My leading banking client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to lead the Operations team. You'll be responsible for planning, organising, and supervising the daily operational activities of the department. The main areas of coverage will be Payments, DDU and Loan Admin.

Skills/Experience

• Strong background in banking operations
• Retail Banking background, delivering change
• Prior knowledge of UK Payments, DDU and/or Loan Admin
• Excellent communication skills

Salary: Up to £56,000 + package

Location: London (good work from home options available)
