Role Description (Full spec. avail.)

• Affirmation of trades, minimizing risk and ensuring straight through processing for our back office
• Support daily trading activities on desk, working closely with traders, strategists, technologists, and vendors
• Investigate and Resolve Trade Breaks raised by trading desks, other departments, and counterparties
• Run specific processes and lockdown daily activities associated with our trading department
• Owning and resolving specific inquiries and ensure timely resolution
• Reporting metrics and statistics that enable the team to make decisions and constantly improve the department
• Enabling and maintaining our trading systems with up to date reference data, including securities and counterparties

Successful Candidate Attributes:

• Bachelors degree in Quantitative (or equivalent) subject from a Top Global University
• An advanced degree (e.g. PhD or master) in a quantitative field is strongly desired but not mandatory
• Extended practical experience Trade Monitoriting/Surveillance/Operations role-
• Programming lang. experience (Python, C++, VBA, etc)
• Solid experience with algorithmic trading and low latency electronic risk controls
• Experience as an Application Reliability or Support Engineer highly valued
• Personality!
