Our client, a Leading Technology firm, are currently looking for a Senior Planning & Forecasting Manager to be responsible for the European Outsourced Contact Centre operation.


As the Workforce Management (WFM) Lead, you will be responsible for accurate resource forecasting and planning, as well as monthly commercial reporting and forecasting. You'll also play a critical role in the organisations' annual planning cycle.


This is a high profile role with lots of responsibility. A brilliant opportunity!


The following skills / experience is essential

  • Strong WFM background
  • Good understanding of an outsourced vendor model environment
  • Good understanding of contact centre / call centre
  • Familiarity with WFM software
  • Excellent communication skills
