Our client is seeking a talented Technology Enablement and Engagement Lead to join their team.

Ideally you will stem from a Tech or Finance background, however this isn’t essential.

The role has 3 core elements

  • Technology Enablement
  • Onboarding process for new starters
  • Working globally across multiple time zones
  • Technology Engagement
  • Technical talks for internal staff
  • Creating spaces for technologists to share their work
  • Cross Team Communication
  • Increasing collaboration between teams
  • Ensuring greater visibility across the business as a whole to allow more harmonious working

Core skills / experience required

  • Over 5 years in a similar role, focusing on Learning Technology, Enablement, Engagement and Communication
  • Experience working in a similar industry (Finance or Tech) is highly desirable
  • Ability to communicate on a technical level with technologists
  • Understanding and experience working with GitHub and Jira
  • Ability to generate and document informative learning solutions across multiple methods of learning
  • Designing and delivering training programs for multiple different teams
