We are partnered and have very well established relationships with the globes top 1% of Firms I.E. Quant/Hedge Funds, Investment Banks, Software development firms, Prop/Systematic/Diversified trading firms, and award-winning Start Ups!
Ideal Attributes:
- Proven end to end (360) recruitment experience that can shape and attract top passive clients and talent
- Change and Transformation or similar vertical industry experience ideal but not mandatory
- Proven track record in business development and account management.
- Strong networking abilities to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
- Demonstrable evidence of delivering a service based on integrity
- Personality!
