Responsibilities
- Manage huge petabyte scale storage systems
- Managing the Linux estate
- Troubleshooting hardware and software across the platform
- Scripting to automate tasks
Skills required
- Linux Systems Engineering experience
- Some experience working in Python, Ruby or Bash scripting
- Degree in a relevant area
Desirable skills
- Agile
- Chef, Puppet or Ansible
- Any experience with GPFS, NFS etc.
- HPC
- ELK
- Prometheus / Grafana
