We're working with a leading Fintech based in London, looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of core banking systems across a fast-paced and evolving financial services environment
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full delivery lifecycle of core banking system implementations—from discovery and design through to deployment and post-go-live support
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, compliance, and third-party vendors
- Manage project timelines, budgets, scope, risks, and stakeholder expectations
- Act as the main point of contact between delivery teams and senior stakeholders
- Ensure alignment with business strategy, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards
- Drive agile delivery practices while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering core banking systems (e.g., Temenos, Finastra, Mambu, Thought Machine, etc.)
- Solid background in project/delivery management within the financial services sector
- Strong understanding of banking processes, digital transformation, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid project management experience
- Familiarity with vendor management and contract negotiation is a plus
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) are desirable
