Our client is an award-winning buy-side firm searching for an experienced Change Management Specialist to help drive major technology change initiatives.

Role Responsibilities (full spec. avail)

  • Develop and implement frameworks to manage smooth transitions during technology upgrades and business process changes.
  • Collaborate across business, Stakeholders, IT, and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective communication during change initiatives.
  • Define and execute roadmaps to optimize performance, scalability, and usability of business-critical applications.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and lead modernization efforts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish KPIs and track application performance.
  • Oversee the creation, implementation, and regular testing of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Successful Candidates Attributes

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent subject
  • Professional Certification in ITIL, COBIT, ISO 22301, or similar frameworks highly beneficial.
  • Hands on experience in Change Management, Application Lifecycle, and Business Continuity within a financial services firm- Buy-Side highly desired but not mandatory
  • Strong technical expertise, understanding, and experience of application development, system architecture, and infrastructure management.
  • A strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
