We work and have very well established relationships with the globes leading FinTechs I.E. Quant Funds, Hedge Funds, Software development firms, Prop/Systematic/Diversified trading firms, and award-winning Start Ups!
Ideal Attributes:
• Experience leading and managing a successful recruitment team
• Proven recruitment experience that can shape and attract top passive talent
• Applicants should have a solid billing/placements history and role longevity
• Recruitment experience in our markets/similar verticals desired- FinTech/Fund/Buy-Side Clients
• Comprehensive market knowledge and strong commercial awareness
• Demonstrable evidence of delivering a service based on integrity
