Step 1
Client Needs Assessment - We make it our goal to understand role specifics, contract terms, and candidate profile requirements.
Step 2
Candidate Sourcing and Screening - We source candidates through databases, job boards, and networks. Screen resumes, conduct brief interviews, and create a shortlist. We then arrange interviews, manage any assessments, and complete background checks and references.
Step 3
Offer, Onboarding, and Support - We present and negotiate the offer, finalise the contract, and onboard the candidate. We then provide ongoing support and manage any contract extensions or offboarding.
