Service Desk Analyst required by my Investment Banking client in London.

You'll be a key part of the team that is responsible for all areas of the Bank, from Front Office Trading, to back office operations. They are a medium sized Bank, and therefore you will get involved in lots of different projects and interact with a large variety of people.

This is a busy and dynamic team, who are really friendly and enjoy working together.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Primary responsibility as point of contact for all calls and enquiries.
  • Management of all Contacts, Incidents, Technical Service requests and Operational tasks within the IDM, JIRA, Service Management tools ensuring accurate captur of all details.
  • Communication ownership of Major Outages including chasing of Technical resolving teams and updating the affected end users.
  • To be on hand for Hardware swap-outs, desk visits and maintaining useable hardware stock levels.
  • Diagnose all Incidents and Requests.

The following skills / experience is ESSENTIAL:

  • Strong Service Desk background
  • Financial Services background
  • Windows 7, MS Office, Exchange, Hardware
  • Positive and can-do attitude
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels

The following is DESIRABLE:

  • Windows 10, SCCM, ITIL, Active Directory, VDI

Salary: Up to £50,000 + bonus + package

Location: London
